Pat Johnson
 Pat Johnson began her real estate career in 1978 in Minneapolis specializing in residential real estate. The fast pace of the market in the metropolitan arena provided a broad learning experience and a perfect foundation for a novice REALTOR® .
Early in 1980, Pat made her first visit to west central Minnesota as a buyer, not a REALTOR® , and discovered "God's country". The beautiful rolling countryside, the many lakes and streams, and the pace of life were a perfect fit for this country girl. After investing in her own piece of heaven, and with her family grown, Pat began anew. Again, the real estate world beckoned and Pat joined the team at CENTURY 21® Vista in 2000. In addition to residential properties, Pat enjoys all of the other real estate opportunities the area has to offer. She specializes in recreational properties and land investment.
Pat has a thorough working knowledge about the region and, at every opportunity, expands on that knowledge. Her commitment to service has helped Pat to establish a client base of individuals who have benefited from her determination to provide each individual, whether buying or selling, with a pleasurable real estate experience. Pat has been the recipient of the coveted "CENTURY 21® Quality Service Award" for her tireless work on behalf of her clients and customers. She is also a candidate for the CRS designation. Connie Caspers
 Fresh enthusiasm and a willingness to do the best-job-possible define the commitment to those Connie serves and the industry she represents. As a small business owner of a home furnishings business and a local funeral home, she is steeped in the tradition of providing exemplary service throughout the most critical period of an individual's or family's life. Her clients have always been the beneficiaries of that philosophy and lifelong training.
Connie began her successful real estate career by working between two offices located in two different states. Today, she continues to provide services to clients and prospects living in the Wahpeton/Breckenridge area and Ottertail, Minnesota. Serving as that area's only Lakeshore Specialist, she loves connecting buyers from the west with a dream home, second home or rural property located in beautiful Minnesota. On a daily basis, she literally and consistently "goes-the-extra-mile", to maximize her clients' expectations and results. As further evidence of her dedication to her real estate career, Connie has completed the training necessary for certification in the CENTURY 21® Mature Moves program and she is also certified as a CENTURY 21® Fines Homes Specialist. She is also a candidate for the CRS designation.
On a professional level, her career spans 30 years with an extensive background in marketing, sales, administration, banking and brokerage services. She looks forward to utilizing that knowledge and those resources to put together the best real estate package for you.
On a personal level, Connie's long-term leadership in civic and volunteer activities, throughout the region and the state, reflects her passion for service to others. Those activities include: Rotary President - 2005, Rotary Board of Directors, Rotary District Membership Committee, NDSCS DREAM$ Auction Co-Chair, NDSCS 300 Club, NDSCS Blikre Society, St. John's Steering Committee and Council, St. John's Eucharistic Minister, Community Recreation Center Steering Committee, and others.
When not working or volunteering in the communities where she lives and works, Connie can be found entertaining, traveling with family and friends, supporting area athletic teams and the arts, playing tennis and piano, reading, and writing poetry and calligraphy.
